1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund of your current subscription period if you request it within 7 days of purchase. This is subject to our usage limit policy detailed below.
2. Usage Limits
Refunds are available only if your account hasn't analyzed more than 200 events (social media posts) during the current subscription period. This limit helps ensure fair usage of our trial period while allowing customers to properly evaluate our service.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at [email protected]. Include the email address associated with your ScoutlyAI account in your refund request.
4. Refund Amount
If eligible, you will receive a full refund for your current subscription period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial usage.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to receive a refund, you must explicitly request one according to the terms above.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
ScoutlyAI may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances even if the standard eligibility criteria are not met. Each case will be evaluated individually based on its specific circumstances.
